1. Order Processing Time

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You are responsible for monitoring delivery and promptly retrieving your package.

  • We are not liable for heat-related damage once the package has been delivered.


3. Shipping Methods & Recommendations

To reduce the risk of heat damage, we strongly recommend:

  • Selecting expedited or overnight shipping, especially during warmer months.

  • Shipping to an address where someone can immediately receive the package (e.g., workplace).

  • Avoiding delivery to locations where packages may sit unattended.

We may, at our discretion:

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
