Q: how do I know where and when to pick up my order?
A: I'll send you your pickup details when your order is ready. You MUST include your phone number and/or email during checkout so I have a way to contact you.

Q: how to I get slime out of fabric and hair?
A: White vinegar and elbow grease! The vinegar will 'melt' the slime off of fabric or hair. Be patient and scrub as much off as you can before following up with dish soap / shampoo / washing machine
